Here is my 2nd dress form pin cushion that I created using a pattern and tutorial from http://www.thediydish.com/2011/10/season-4-how-to-make-a-dress-form-mannequin-pin-cushion/ just modified to fit my needs.
Used a large clear bead, pink facet bead, and glass pearl for the top. It is threaded with bead wire. I used a ribbon and flower that I made around the waist. Hot glued a button to the lace flower. Sewed 2 rows of lace around the bottom. Added some various beads to the candlestick before glueing. Used E6000 and hot glue to attach the candle stick to the dress form.
